12:20 WhiteReCapture, a method for maximising reuse of a building project.
Elena Kanevsky, architect and partner at White arkitekter, will talk about their own developed digital method White ReCapture, used for managing and maximizing reuse within a building project from inventory to design.
12:35 The Keilaniemen Portti, a Finnish pilot project.
Jouko Räisänen, Construction manager at Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and Anis Souissi, Design director at ARCO Architecture Company presents Keilaniemen Portti – a Finnish pilot project for circular and high rise wooden construction; a 30 000 brm2 office building with a height of 57m/14 stories and a panoramic terraced green roof open to the Finnish archipelago.

Jørgen Tycho is architect and founding partner of OsloTre, a consultant agency within the areas of architecture, timber design and construction technology, specializing in timber constructions.
Elena Kanevsky
Elena is an architect with a broad experience of working in early-stage design development to construction and in all scales. Elena’s focus is on circular architecture and is a partner at White arkitekter in Stockholm, Sweden.
Jouko Räisänen
Construction Manager at Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company. Jouko has an interest of minimising construction waste and environmental impacts with buildings that are designed to be reconfigurable according to future needs.
Anis Souissi
Anis is a Finnish-Tunisian architect with a broad international experience and a particular focus on wooden and hybrid buildings. Anis is the architect in charge of Keilaniemenportti; the tallest timber office building to come. He is a Design director at ARCO-Architecture Company Finland.
